The Copy action fetches /m0de-model-adapter-instruction.txt, checks its SHA-256 digest, then copies the exact canonical payload. The copied payload is the canonical instruction bytes only. It does not attest external generated text, platform origin, instruction-slot use, or proof authority.

word-reading frame boundary
Words enter as written forms first. The same written form may be read through different frames. The selected read-as relation is not written into the form and is not proof authority.
described-happening boundary
Generated text may be read as describing a happening, state, source, subject, or proof. That read-as relation does not establish what it describes.
response-regime boundary
The instruction asks generated text to show the response regime, basis, validity boundary, and stop boundary when a domain, method, convention, or interpretive frame is in use.
answer stop boundary
